These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of FaceSwap, including the website at www.dofaceswap.com and the FaceSwap iOS app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
FaceSwap lets you generate photo and video face swaps, talking-head avatars, picture-to-video clips, and related media. Output is created by Replicate, LLC (replicate.com). Pictures, videos, face images, and related prompts you submit are sent to Replicate so the result can be generated. The app asks you to accept that sharing before the files are sent.
Your content and responsibility
You must only upload photos, videos, and other material that you have the right to use. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from people whose likeness appears in your uploads or in generated results. Do not use FaceSwap to impersonate someone, harass others, create non-consensual intimate imagery, or break the law.
Subscriptions
Paid FaceSwap Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple as in-app purchases. Plans include Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly options. Each active subscription includes up to 10 generations per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings. Unused generations do not roll over.
Advertising and tracking
We use tracking technologies to measure app and website use and to run, measure, and improve advertising. This can include cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, and analytics events such as generations created and paywall views. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer
Generated media is produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, distorted, or unexpected. The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular quality of output.
